Print Colour & Paper Type

Due to printer hardware changes and paper supply changes, we are unable to guarantee the same print colour and paper type on previous orders.  When hardware is upgraded or paper stock is changed, different hardware brands produce different colour tones & finishes and we are unable to match previous hardware or supplier specifications.

Colour Matching is also not guaranteed as different colour profiles are used between different Print Companies, and not one Print Company uses the same colour profiles as the other. An example being Off Set Printing produces different Colours to Digital Printers.

GSM stands for 'grams per square metre' and refers to the weight of the paper. The heavier the paper, the higher the number of grams per square metre – and, generally, the higher the perceived quality of the stock. This is sometimes referred to as the paper's 'grammage'.

Printing Responsibility

It is the customers responsibility to ensure all artwork/designs/files are correct
Any printing that is done incorrectly due to the artwork/design/files not being correct is the customers responsibility.
We do not check your artwork/design/files as the printing process is automatic
The customer needs to make sure their artwork/design/files are correct specifications.

Corrupted/Damaged/Incorrect Formats/Password Files

You are responsible for making sure your file is print ready.  Corrupted, Damaged, Incorrect Formats and Password type files may not be included with your order as our software will not print these types of documents automatically.  A refund of the missing files will be given upon request, however a refund will not be given for misprints due to corrupted files.  We will not cover the freight cost if you wish to reprint the file.
